Picked up this 1985 Bayliner 1600 Capri Cuddy Cabin in June 2007. I didn't really need it, but I had my eye out for a nice clean small cuddy cabin so the kids (ages 3 and 7) could have a place to get out of the sun and take a nap. Plus, it has a port-a-pottie.
The boat was garage kept and used mostly in fresh water, so it is in great shape. After a complete check out, it passed with flying colors because it has no rot or water damage in the stringers or transom.
It came with the OEM Escort trailer (needed new wheel bearings), a heavy duty OEM Bayliner cover and Navy top. The Navy top looked like it had never been used.
These projects document the modifications to make it fit my needs.
