I picked up this little boat with the plan of turning it into a little bass boat that I could take out and do some serious fishing. I knew it needed some work, but I didn't realize to what extent. Although, it didn't really surprise me since it's an 81 model.
The plan is to rebuild the transom, do what needs to be done to the current floor, and build raised casting decks. I sold the 35 hp motor and plan to get a little bit bigger outboard eventually.
